About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Social Media Community Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for engaging with our audience across various social media platforms, fostering a vibrant and loyal player base.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations.
  • Experience with social listening tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Brandwatch, etc.).
  • Knowledge of current internet culture, memes, and trending topics.
  • Experience with crisis communication and reputation management.
  • Familiarity with influencer outreach and community building strategies.
  • Basic graphic design skills for creating engaging visual content.
  • Experience with customer service or community support roles.
