Our Graduate Program

Our Graduate Program aims to provide you with the opportunity to explore specific areas of the construction industry by exposing you to different facets of the business. Each graduate must complete four modules over twelve months, designed to build your technical and behavioral skills.

Program Modules
  • Safety Module: Gain knowledge and skills in ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Site Management Module: Develop skills in managing construction sites and teams.
  • Project Management Module: Learn the principles of project management and how to apply them in a construction context.
  • Client Management Module: Understand the importance of client relationships and how to manage them effectively.
Requirements
  • You must have or be in your final semester of completing a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Construction, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant field.
  • You must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of application.
  • You must be an all-rounder candidate with excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate, influence, and work in a team environment.
  • You must be able to communicate effectively with others.
  • You must have a positive attitude and be able to make the most of this opportunity.
  • You must have a sense of urgency and be able to manage your time well.
