This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team, where your generalist expertise will play a crucial role in supporting employees and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide trusted advice across employee relations matters including performance management, disciplinary processes and investigations.
- Support business units through periods of change including restructuring, award interpretation and enterprise agreement implementation.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Advisors to support workforce planning, hiring strategies and onboarding practices.
- Contribute to salary benchmarking, remuneration advice and benefits program development.
- Lead or contribute to projects and systems improvements.
- Partner with leadership teams to identify training needs and support learning initiatives.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and uphold safeguarding responsibilities.
- 3–5 years' experience in HR Generalist or HR Business Partnering role, ideally in a medium to large multi-site organisation.
- Degree-qualified in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
- Working knowledge of Australian HR and Industrial Relations legislation.
- Experience interpreting modern awards and working with employment instruments.
- Strong communication, coaching and consultation skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Capable of managing competing priorities with a calm approach.
- Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism and continuous improvement.
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
- Safeguarding training upon commencement.
- Australian working rights.
