About This Role

This position is responsible for providing instruction and training to students on the MH-60R aircraft. The successful candidate will have a strong background in aviation and be able to effectively communicate complex information to students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct scheduled training sessions for students on the MH-60R aircraft.
  • Evaluate and document student performance.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and curriculum.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to students.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and training staff to ensure consistency and quality of training.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 500 hours of military flying experience.
  • Minimum of two years of instructional experience in an aircrew training environment.
  • Completed at least one sea-going tour.
  • Authorized by the HQ-FAA Chief Aircrew examiner or delegate as a competent simulator instructor in all MH-60R curriculum sequences.
  • Previous anti-submarine and surface warfare experience.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances. The position will also require the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
