Are you an experienced Commercial lawyer seeking a new challenge with a leading provider of legal information and decision tools? We are looking for a skilled Commercial Lawyer to join our team.

About the Role

This permanent position requires a strong understanding of commercial/business law in Australia, including contracts, business structures, franchising, purchase and sale of businesses, trusts, government procurement, and sanctions.

  • Develop and maintain high-quality practical legal content.
  • Prepare practically-focused content and resources for our product.
  • Support Relationship Managers to build brand awareness and influence market share.
  • Participate in in-market activities such as masterclasses, webinars, and customer feedback sessions.
Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date practical legal content.
  • Prepare practically-focused content and resources.
  • Provide support to Relationship Managers.
  • Participate in in-market activities.
  • At least 3 years PQE.
  • Australian qualified lawyer.
  • Recent experience in an Australian mid to top-tier law firm or in-house counsel role.
  • Excellent communication and plain-English writing skills.
  • Aptitude for building and fostering relationships with diverse clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
