Commercial Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced commercial lawyer to join our team on a flexible contract basis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general commercial contracts, including procurement experience, and a minimum of 6 years' experience in the legal field. They will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a commercial attitude, and the ability to integrate into a team and build relationships quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing support to the legal team in handling commercial contracts and procurement matters
  • Assisting with project management and stakeholder engagement
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contributing to the development of new business opportunities and strategies

Requirements

  • General commercial contracts experience, including some procurement experience
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in the legal field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Commercial attitude and ability to integrate into a team and build relationships quickly
