Medical Staff Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our team as a Medical Staff Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment and selection process for junior and senior medical staff.

You will work closely with our Divisional Directors, Heads of Unit, and Virtual Services Manager to develop and implement effective medical workforce planning strategies. This includes participating in postgraduate medical council match processes, leading recruitment and selection efforts, and coordinating credentialing, contracting, and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement medical workforce planning strategies in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Participate in postgraduate medical council match processes
  • Lead recruitment and selection efforts for junior and senior medical staff

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
