Key Role in Specialty & Emergency Recruitment

At VetPartners, we are seeking an enthusiastic and driven professional to join our Specialty & Emergency Recruitment Team on a full-time basis.

This role features a hybrid work arrangement, with four days in the Malvern East office in Victoria to promote collaboration, build strong connections, and enhance team engagement.

The successful candidate will play a key part in attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier Specialists, Registrars, Residents, and Interns for our Specialty & Emergency hospitals.

You will work closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders, providing expert recruitment support, strategic talent sourcing, and outstanding candidate experience.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Talent Sourcing – Partner with the Talent Engagement & Development Manager and hospitals to source and place candidates quickly and effectively for both immediate and future needs.
  • Full Recruitment Lifecycle – Manage end-to-end recruitment for Specialists, Registrars, Residents, and Interns, optimising our ATS platform.
  • Headhunting & Outreach – Utilise LinkedIn Projects, networking, and direct outreach to attract top veterinary talent.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with hospital leaders and industry professionals to support hiring and retention.
  • Industry Engagement – Assist with global recruitment campaigns, conferences, and events to strengthen our talent pipeline.
  • Process Improvement – Help enhance recruitment systems and workflows in a growing business.
