About the Role

Our front of house team is seeking a professional to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This role combines front desk service with luggage handling, ensuring a proficient and memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet all incoming and outgoing guests, conducting check-in and check-out services
  • Provide customer service and coordinate general inquiries
  • Coordinate and deliver guest luggage to and from rooms across the resort
  • Recommend available experiences and activities, showcasing knowledge of resort areas
  • Coordinate and transport buses to and from the island for arrivals and departures
  • Maintain guest accounts, billing arrangements, and payments on check-out
  • Follow in-house policies and procedures to maintain guest security

Required Skills Qualifications and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role in a hotel or resort-based environment
  • Cashiering procedures and credit card reconciliation
  • Manual handling experience, including luggage handling
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • High level of customer service and work ethic
  • Knowledge of property management systems
  • Able to work independently, in a timely manner, and make decisions within set guidelines
  • People management skills and cultural diversity understanding
  • A valid driver's license
