Porter Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Porter to join our team at RACV Noosa Resort. As a Porter, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a vital role in ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

About the Role

  • Welcome and greet guests on arrival with a warm and friendly smile
  • Assist guests with check-in and out processes, ensuring all their needs are met
  • Safely transport and store luggage, including heavy items
  • Deliver items to guest rooms as required, ensuring prompt and efficient service
  • Offer recommendations on resort facilities, attractions, restaurants, and local events
  • Drive golf carts within the property, promoting a safe and enjoyable experience for all
  • Collaborate with the Front Office and wider resort teams to ensure seamless communication and excellent service delivery

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a 4–5 star hotel or resort environment
  • Holding a valid QLD Driver Licence
  • Local knowledge of the Noosa region, including attractions, restaurants, and events
  • The ability to comfortably lift 20kgs
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to engage with diverse guests
  • Self-motivation, confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
  • Excellent grooming and professional presentation
