Housekeeping Supervisors are sought after to provide exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic resort setting. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to supervise and support the housekeeping team, ensuring seamless daily operations and maintaining high cleanliness standards.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality, with a proven track record of effective team management and ability to work collaboratively with other departments. Strong time management and organizational skills are also essential to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supervising and supporting the housekeeping team

- Performing hands-on housekeeping and laundry duties

- Assisting with daily operations and ensuring cleanliness standards are met

- Providing leadership and guidance to new staff

- Supporting other departments such as Front Office or Food & Beverage when required

Requirements include:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is essential

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented
