We are seeking candidates who thrive in a professional working environment, with a genuine interest in Banking and Financial Services. As part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer experiences and everyday banking services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander customers.

The role involves taking ownership of customer requests and issues, following through to ensure customer satisfaction, and managing relationships with referral partners and stakeholders across the business. You will be measured and rewarded for sharing best practices, meeting targets, receiving positive customer ratings, and strong referral activity.

You will have opportunities to continuously learn, develop, and receive ongoing feedback and support from our dedicated team. Once you have mastered a speciality, you will have the opportunity to rotate through different teams to develop your expertise across various products, customers, and platforms.

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 12 months customer service experience, the ability to adjust to a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment, and a willingness to work onsite at our location.
