Indigenous Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Indigenous representative to join our team as a Call Centre Agent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication and problem-solving.
  • Ensure seamless communication by following up on internal and external inquiries.
  • Manage customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Participate in ongoing learning sessions to enhance skills, systems, and processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and implement positive changes.
  • Support new and existing team members when required.
  • Meet sales responsiveness, quality, and call handling targets.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems with a focus on Windows applications.
  • Experience in customer service, retail, and/or sales with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing situations.
