We're looking for a skilled HR professional to partner with our team to deliver strategic HR initiatives and operational support. The role blends advisory work, project delivery, and cyclical activities to achieve strong people, business, and member outcomes.

The successful candidate will have broad HR generalist experience, ideally within complex or highly regulated environments. They will possess a strong working knowledge of employment legislation, industrial instruments, and HR best practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored, risk-aware HR advice on performance, conduct, WHS, grievances, injury/return-to-work matters, and complex ER/IR case management.
  • Coach leaders on performance improvement plans, job design, and remuneration recommendations.
  • Manage cyclical activities including performance reviews, talent reviews, and annual remuneration processes.
  • Contribute to and deliver people-related projects, including change management and communication plans.
  • Support organisational restructures, ensuring compliance with legislation, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements.
  • Partner with Centres of Expertise to execute people initiatives and drive process improvements.

About You

  • Broad HR generalist experience, ideally within complex or highly regulated environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment legislation, industrial instruments, and HR best practice.
  • Proven ability to influence and build trusted relationships across all levels.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline (preferred).
