Overview of the Role

As part of a high-achieving team focused on control systems, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring Average Repair Costs
  • Enhancing Customer Satisfaction (NPS)
  • Overseeing Repair Duration
  • Ensuring Repair Quality

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a 1–3-year operational strategy aligned with our strategic goals.
  • Contributing to the execution of the In-Network Fixed Cost commercial strategy for Super Centre and Fixed Cost network performance.
  • Establishing and maintaining a systematic approach across various cost areas.
  • Participating in the Motor Assessing Operational plan execution.
  • Ensuring high repair quality and minimizing the need for rectifications.
  • Monitoring repair duration within the network.
  • Ensuring compliance of all network repairers with contracted controls.
  • Documenting performance discussions and actions appropriately.
  • Maximizing repairer performance through effective supply performance management strategies.
  • Managing customer booking availability within the repair network.
  • Supporting stakeholder engagement throughout the repair network.
  • Promoting effective use of the Audawatch system among repairers for improved customer communication.
  • Fostering a culture of high performance with integrity.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of supply management experience in the financial services sector, ideally within motor insurance.
  • Understanding of strategic execution in motor insurance claims and the repair industry.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the insurance sector.
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing capabilities.
