**An exciting opportunity exists to join our Group Aftersales team as Vehicle Offroad Manager.** Reporting to the GM Aftersales the VOR (Vehicle Off Road) Manager plays a crucial role in monitoring offroad vehicles within the dealer network and collaborating with various departments in the business to expedite the process of getting these vehicles back on the road.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Regularly track and analyze offroad vehicles within the dealer network.
- Collaborate with dealerships and service departments to obtain relevant information about offroad vehicles.
- Report weekly and monthly to Group Aftersales Team, brand GMs and OEMs as required.
- Generate regular reports on the status of offroad vehicles, providing insights and analysis on the reasons for vehicles being offroad, duration, and trends.
- Work closely with dealerships, service departments, parts and customer relations teams to expedite getting vehicles back on the road.
- Coordinate with technical specialists and parts departments to ensure timely availability of necessary parts and equipment for vehicle repairs.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between departments involved in resolving offroad vehicle issues, such as warranty, technical support, and logistics.
- Serve as a point of contact for dealerships and customers regarding offroad vehicle inquiries and updates.

**What we are looking for**:

- Qualified Mechanic.
- Experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Experience in using all Microsoft Office tools, intermediate Excel skills required.
- Current industry knowledge and understanding.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, well-developed time management, organizational and computer skills, and ability to work autonomously in a team environment.
