About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member to join our dynamic team at Coles Supermarkets. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our stores provide a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning and maintaining the store, including floors, shelves, and equipment.
  • Collecting trolleys from in and around the store and carpark.
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning Tasks

  • Working through a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store.
  • Using various equipment and cleaning products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors throughout the store, team rooms, toilets, and offices.
  • Cleaning, dusting, wiping, and scrubbing shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens, and drains.

Trolley Collection

  • Collecting trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark – whatever the weather.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 17kgs.
  • Available to work a variety of shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days a week.
  • Reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Committed to providing great customer experiences.
