About the Role

At Coles Supermarkets, we're seeking a highly motivated Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in ensuring our stores provide a positive shopping experience.

In this position, you'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment within the store, including floors, shelving, and equipment. You'll also be collecting trolleys from around the store and carpark, which requires physical effort and attention to detail.

We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. If you're enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about delivering great customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the store, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and buffing floors, as well as cleaning and dusting shelving and equipment.
  • Collecting trolleys from around the store and carpark, regardless of weather conditions.
  • Working closely with other team members to ensure seamless operations and efficient workflow.
About You and Your Skills:
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift up to 17kgs.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days per week.
