About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Loan Coordinator to join our dynamic team, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless loan applications and settlements.

As the engine room of our operations, you will work closely with brokers, lenders, and clients to keep everything running smoothly and on time.

  • Prepare and review loan applications with attention to detail.
  • Collect client information and liaise with lenders to progress files.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them updated and stress-free throughout the process.
  • Coordinate settlements with solicitors, brokers, and lenders to meet deadlines.
  • Manage high volumes of applications while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Key Requirements:
  • Prior experience in loan processing (brokerage preferred).
  • Knowledge of residential, investment, and commercial lending criteria.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple files.
  • A client-focused communicator who builds trust and rapport quickly.
