About the Role
As a Customer Service Team Member at Canon, you will be working in a fast-paced team environment on a client's site, focusing on the efficient handling and sorting of mail, ensuring its accurate distribution and timely delivery within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping
- Sort and distribute mail to various points within the organization
- Coordinate mail and courier pickups and deliveries to multiple sites
- Prepare mailbags for internal and interstate offices
- Book and lodge courier services with various courier companies
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain office equipment, supplies, and stationery
- Perform light cleaning duties
- Assist with filing and maintenance of document files
- Enter data and perform general administrative tasks
- May be required to lift heavy packages
About You
To be successful in this role, you should possess a positive attitude, be highly reliable, and have a keen eye for detail. You should also have good computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel. You should be able to work autonomously and under pressure to achieve stringent service standards.
Requirements:
- Australian Citizenship
- Previous mailroom experience and familiarity with working in an office environment
- Computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel
