Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Audience Development Manager to lead our audience growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse market trends to identify new opportunities in women's media, and develop strategic insights to drive audience acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Develop and implement content strategies based on audience behaviour and competitive analysis, and manage audience surveys from design to analysis and insight delivery.
  • Support data-informed marketing initiatives across the funnel, and oversee dashboards, reports, and tools for stakeholders to self-serve key audience data.
  • Improve data literacy across the organisation through workshops and training, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in audience research, marketing analytics, and/or insights, with strong quantitative research skills and ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives.
  • Proven experience leading or managing a team and collaborating across departments, with passion for women's media, digital innovation, and growth through audience intelligence.
