
Director of Educational Excellence

This is a pivotal role in shaping the educational direction of our services.
The Director of Educational Excellence drives strategic initiatives to elevate pedagogy and quality across our community preschools, long day care centres, out-of-school-hours-care, vacation care, and various inclusion programs.
This includes developing professional learning strategies, mentoring Educational Leaders and centre-based teams, leading research partnerships and projects, and contributing to policy development.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing educational strategies that promote high-quality service delivery.
- Designing and delivering professional learning opportunities for Educational Leaders and centre-based teams.
- Leading research partnerships and projects to advance educational practice and pedagogy.
- Contributing to the development of internal policies related to education and care services.
- Championing a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in educational practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Education or similar ACECQA Recognised Early Childhood Teacher level Qualification.
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- A valid driver's licence.
- Extensive experience in Senior Leadership roles within early childhood education.
- Strong understanding of contemporary pedagogical practices, child development, theoretical foundations, and philosophical approaches within the early childhood education sector.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate existing knowledge, analyse data, and formulate strategies to improve performance.
- Ability to develop, lead, and nurture high-performing teams.
