About the Role

The Senior Leader leads quality uplift and embeds exceptional educational practices across the organisation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering professional learning programs
  • Mentoring Educational Leaders and centre-based teams
  • Leading research partnerships and projects
  • Contributing to policy development
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Qualification in Early Childhood Education or similar ACECQA Recognised level qualification
  • Cleared Valid for paid work, working with Children's Check (WWCC)
  • A valid driver's licence
  • Extensive experience in Early Education and Care Senior Leadership
  • Knowledge of Education and Care Services National Regulations and the National Quality Framework (NQF)
  • Understanding of contemporary pedagogical practices and child development
