About the Role
This exciting position offers unparalleled exposure to business, with the opportunity to retain, grow and gain accounts.
The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions to clients, maximising current products and programmes within customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Successfully achieving key account contract sales and profit targets through proactive planning and effective implementation of pricing strategies.
- Partnering with other divisions to identify and leverage existing client relationships to win new customers.
- Building trust and providing exceptional service across accounts to ensure key account contracts are re-signed.
- Proactively managing account profitability through pricing implementation and contract growth.
- Selling pest elimination programs and contracted services by presenting value-added sales strategies to clients in assigned market sectors and geographies.
- Training, mentoring and guiding sales team colleagues on key technical services and providing an in-depth overview of each key account.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking individuals with exceptional sales negotiation skills and a passion to deliver and exceed client expectations. Self-motivation, organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously in the field are also essential.
