  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives, streamlining procurement processes and optimizing timber purchasing costs.">
  • Oversee in-market delivery programs, prioritizing service level, safety, and performance throughout the timber supply chain.">
  • Ensure we adhere to all relevant Australian building codes and regulations.">

About You

">

We are seeking a Procurement Manager who can influence and lead change in the business, identify key stakeholders, drive change through value proposition, and navigate objections. Experience in change management is essential. A background in the timber industry or procurement management in hardware categories is highly regarded.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Inventory/Procurement (APICS or CIPS) along with Accounting, Business, Commerce, or equivalent.">
  • Skilled negotiator in securing high-quality materials at competitive prices.">
  • Strong understanding of best practices in procurement and supply chain management.">
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement and cost optimization.">
  • Collaborative leader who can build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.">
