Residential Care Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Residential Care Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide high-quality person-centred care to residents.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with daily life activities such as personal care, grooming, and feeding
  • Supporting residents with challenging needs by providing individualised care plans
  • Helping maintain a safe and comfortable living environment

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
  • Previous experience working in residential aged care or similar settings
  • Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
