About the Role:

This position involves delivering personalized care services to clients residing in their own homes, promoting independence and enhancing overall well-being. Key responsibilities include:

  • Navigating the community to complete scheduled visits, engaging one-on-one with clients in their homes, and assisting with daily activities
  • Providing personal care services such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and ironing within clients' homes
  • Supporting clients in participating in community-based recreational and social activities
  • Transportation assistance for shopping, appointments, and other essential tasks

Role Requirements:

To excel in this position, candidates will need:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • A valid Australian driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle

  • Ability to satisfy relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
