Due to exceptionally quick growth, we are expanding our marketing team and have created a brand-new role for a driven individual to join us as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator.

This role is perfect for an aspiring marketing coordinator who wants to join a fast-growing scale-up. You'll provide support for both our marketing and sales team and play a role a big role in representing our brand in the market. You will also have the chance to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, assist with social media activities and the creation of marketing materials. **Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinating social media activities, including content creation and scheduling
- Supporting the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts
- Collaborating with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Organising collateral for the sales teams, events and seminars
- Liasing with internal and external stakeholders in relation to Retinue's marketing activity
- Assisting with client retention through various marketing campaigns and initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Practical experience in a Marketing Coordinator or equivalent position
- Marketing Qualification
- A strong ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to adapt in a high pace environment
- A portfolio to showcase your experience to date

**Salary**
- $65k - $75k + super _(depending on relevant experience)_
