About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead our team of Employment Coaches in Wantirna South. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and providing leadership to the team, overseeing the coordination and delivery of job placements, and developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and provide leadership to the team of Employment Coaches
  • Oversee the coordination and delivery of job placements to participants
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders in your region
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of employment services programs
  • Work collaboratively with Regional and Site Managers to maximise the performance of Employment Services contracts
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and training to employees to ensure high-quality services
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement strategies to enhance service delivery
  • Track and report on key performance indicators and outcomes of employment services
About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and compassionate leader with a passion for helping individuals find employment. You will have a proven track record of leading a successful team, experience in Employment, Community Services, or Business Services Management, and excellent communication skills.

You will be able to plan, manage, and monitor outcomes, targets, and budgets, and have well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands. You will also have knowledge of Government Employment Services, contractual requirements, and KPIs, and Health and Safety legislation.
