Employment Services Site Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Employment Services Site Manager to lead our team at Wantirna South on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and compassionate leader with a passion for helping individuals to find employment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the employment services site.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders in your region to enhance service delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of employment services programs.
- Provide supervision, coaching, and training to employees to ensure high-quality services.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with organisational objectives.
- Identify areas for continued improvement and implement strategies to enhance service delivery.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, enjoys creating a positive working environment, and can apply their leadership skills to manage change and innovation in service.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Proven capability of leading a successful driven team.
- Previous experience in Employment, Community Services, or Business Services Management or a related field.
- The ability to plan, manage, and monitor outcomes, targets, and budgets.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop effective cross-cultural relationships and be respectful and responsive to the needs, values, and experiences of others.
- Knowledge of Government Employment Services, contractual requirements, and KPIs, and Health and Safety legislation.
