Job Description:
  • Ensure the physical site security complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage digital applications related to facilities and data security in accordance with company requirements.
  • Serve as the primary contact for facilities-related data security topics.
  • Conduct regular security risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
  • Investigate and report on security incidents promptly and thoroughly.
  • Oversee security contracts and coordinate monthly management reviews.
  • Regularly review and improve operational security measures to ensure compliance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Configure and operate access control and security alarm systems to optimize performance.
  • Develop and implement security-related policies and procedures in consultation with key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with technical contractors for maintenance and installations of security systems.
  • Administer video and key management systems, document storage, and destruction processes.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Certificate in Security and Risk Management is preferred.
  • Certificate in Cyber Security.
  • Demonstrated experience in Security and Risk Management is essential.
  • Experience in security access control, alarm, and vision systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in MS Office and advanced Excel skills.
  • Occasional travel to other Bosch sites, warehouses, and scrap yards within metropolitan Melbourne requires a valid Australian Driving License.
  • Proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
  • An eye for detail with emphasis on process.
  • The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
