**About the Home**

Positioned on the picturesque Fleurieu Peninsula our home is in close proximity to the Victor Harbor township and local shops where life is a balance of relaxation and tranquillity, with plenty to keep you busy if you so choose.

**About the Opportunity**
We have a great opportunity for a dedicated **Hospitality Coordinator** to join our team on a full time basis (76hrs a fortnight) working across Monday - Friday.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to further expand your skill set in a supportive & structured environment, whilst gaining job satisfaction.

Reporting to the General Manager as Ross Robertson's Hospitality Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and high quality catering services are delivered across our home, and effectively leading and managing our dynamic hospitality team.

As a valued member of our home’s Leadership Team, you will be proactive and dedicated to quality assurance and continuous improvement.

To be successful you must demonstrate the following:

- A current Food Handling Certificate
- Hospitality experience at a supervisory level (or ready to step up)
- Cert III in a hospitality related field (or willing to obtain within 12 months)
- Previous food service experience in aged care or healthcare will be an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Knowledge of good hygiene practices
- Professional presentation
- Flexibility with shifts
- Knowledge of WHS work practices will be highly regarded
- Current Flu and COVID Vaccinations
