About the Role: We're looking for a seasoned Service Delivery Manager to lead our operational team and ensure seamless delivery of services to contracted Service Levels. The successful candidate will hold accountability for reviewing, completing and authorising Service Level Reports summarising our achievements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing contractual responsibilities and obligations related to day-to-day operational delivery of agreed services
  • Management, development and mentoring of all delivery staff
  • Leading the operational team leaders to manage strategic and operational risks effectively
  • Ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction through formal meetings and reporting
  • Coordinating relevant subject matter experts to provide advice on customer requirements

What You'll Bring:

  • Qualifications in IT or Business Management
  • Significant experience in an IT focused service delivery role
  • Solid experience leading and managing diverse operational support teams
  • Customer management and negotiation skills
  • IT Service Delivery and Support operations experience
