We're seeking a seasoned Technical Product Manager to drive Operational Excellence across our global tech organization.

As a key member of our team, you'll develop internal tools and platforms that streamline how teams work and collaborate.

Your mission will be to enable Agoda Tech to operate more effectively in non-coding activities such as support, performance tracking, planning, and cross-functional alignment.

The Opportunity

You'll lead the design, delivery, and adoption of internal tools and systems that improve workflow efficiency.

Working closely with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional leaders, you'll identify current challenges and develop scalable solutions.

You'll also influence stakeholders without authority, aligning them behind a shared vision for operational improvements.

In this role, you'll use data to inform prioritization and track the impact of your work over time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the product lifecycle from concept through implementation and iteration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand internal challenges and develop scalable solutions.
  • Influence stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment and visibility for key initiatives.
  • Use data to inform decision-making and track progress.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of technical product management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5+ years total technical experience in engineering, internal platforms, developer tools, infrastructure, or similar domains.
  • Experience designing or improving internal tools or systems used across large organizations.
  • A strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex processes.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and defining structure where it does not yet exist.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
  • Experience working with data to support decision-making (e.g. dashboards, KPIs, basic SQL, or working with analysts).
  • Relocation to Bangkok, Thailand is required.
