Operations Manager

About the Role:

  • Partner with senior managers in executing business plans and tracking performance.
  • Manage inductions for senior appointments and ensure consistent onboarding practices.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to ensure operational excellence.
  • Analyse dealership performance across inventory, sales, OEM KPIs, and customer metrics.
  • Monitor market share, segment performance, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Engage in on-the-job learning and leadership development programs.
  • Lead state-wide projects incorporating best practices and innovation.
  • Support new site development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in a sales or operational role, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive performance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Project management experience with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
