Job Description:
We seek an experienced Payment System Expert to drive our payment operations forward. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of banking payments, including ISO XML20022 and SWIFT messaging standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough analysis of payment systems and develop strategies for improvement. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and support the development team throughout the software development lifecycle. Prepare and maintain business requirement documents, functional requirement documents, and software requirement specifications. Provide expertise on ISO XML20022 messaging standards and ensure compliance across payment systems. Work closely with QA teams to ensure test cases are mapped to requirements and support UAT activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Payments domain. Strong knowledge of ISO XML20022 and SWIFT messaging standards. Hands-on experience with RTGS, ACH, SWIFT, and domestic payment systems. Familiarity with banking operations, clearing systems, and fund transfer mechanisms. Proficiency in requirement documentation and stakeholder communication. Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies with practical exposure to Agile practices. Ability to design and manage product strategy and roadmaps. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
