Role Overview

As Senior Logistics Sales Director, you will lead our state sales team to drive growth and success in the courier, taxi truck, and specialized logistics services market.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed business goals.
  2. Lead and coach a high-performing sales team to identify and close new opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with other state managers and teams to facilitate the generation of new business across the network.
  4. Analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Sales Manager in courier, taxi truck, and specialized logistics.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills to develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Ability to quickly identify revenue-generating opportunities and create effective strategies to achieve them.
  • Commercial awareness to continuously identify new areas of opportunity across the business.
What We Offer

A competitive estimated salary of AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
