Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to collaborate with different business units and design organisational strategy.

The successful candidate will manage the planning catalogue, provide guidance and oversee governance processes, lead face-to-face workshops and offer strategic advice.

  • Advocating a customer-first culture in the business unit and driving innovations to deliver value to customers and community.
  • Supporting the development and education of strategic frameworks and models.
  • Rationalising and governing plans and strategies to ensure alignment with organisational directions.
  • Designing and delivering ELT & Councillor Strategy Sessions, strategy and innovation events.
  • Training and actively supporting others in the team by sharing knowledge to achieve common development goals.
  • Executing, monitoring and reporting on work progress against plans and budgets to ensure timely delivery in line with relevant regulations and policies.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have some professional experience in strategy and organisational effectiveness in a comparable organisation.

Essential Experience:

  • A tertiary qualification in business, strategy, partnership management, business analytics, commerce or related discipline and some professional experience in a similar organisation.
  • Demonstrated people skills to support, influence and collaborate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Good problem-solving and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders to achieve task outcomes.
  • Developed writing and speaking skills to align with stakeholders and achieve support for task outcomes.
  • Proven ability to effectively facilitate workshops and conversations, and influence, negotiate and gain credibility with senior stakeholders to achieve support.
  • A Current Victorian Drivers Licence.
