Job Overview

  • This role is responsible for driving ticket sales and revenue through traditional channels and our Group Sales Program.
  • You will manage the end-to-end ticketing program, working with stakeholders at all levels, and providing superior customer service.

Ticketing Responsibilities

  1. Lead the Groups Sales program, including leading a team of casual outbound staff.
  2. Create unique experiences on game day to support the Group Sales program and engage new audiences.
  3. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to build crowds while driving attendance and revenue.
  4. Manage the Ticketing Builds/Manifests for GIANTS Stadium and Manuka Oval.
  5. Manage the allocations and holds for various stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  6. Report on daily ticket sales, show rates, and other valuable insights.
  7. Produce regular statistical data on ticket sales, pre- and post-event.
  8. Liaise with key stakeholders, including Ticketmaster, Ticketek, MSS, AFL Ticketing, and other Clubs.
  9. Work in conjunction with the marketing team to implement ticketing sales campaigns.
  10. Create relevant event ticketing policies and request procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous experience within a major event or premium sporting organization offering a wide range of ticket and package options.
  • Experience in preparing and building ticketing plans and associated ticketing reports.
  • A demonstrated and strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Proven ability to work in a high-pressured environment with competing priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated history in working in membership and ticketing systems, particularly Ticketmaster's ARCHTICS and Ticketek's ASPECT.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel for reporting and data analysis.
  • Previous experience in coordinating and executing Match Days/Events in the sports industry.
