Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Claims Portfolio Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of complex financial lines claims.

Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional claims outcomes while ensuring cost-effectiveness and timeliness. You will work closely with a team of experienced claims professionals to achieve this goal.

You will proactively manage claims end-to-end, from initial assessment to final resolution. This includes providing technical advice on policy coverage, liability, quantum, strategy, and reserving.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in financial lines/professional indemnity claims (minimum 3-4 years)
  • Experience mentoring claims staff in technical roles
  • Qualifications in law, business, or insurance (Diploma in Financial Services General Insurance preferred)
