Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Claims Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional who can make a meaningful impact in the lives of customers.

  • Manage a portfolio of claims and provide empathetic support to customers during challenging times.
  • Act as a customer advocate, using proactive communication and sound decision-making to understand and address customer needs.
  • Support the delivery of high-level customer outcomes by proactively working to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance and portfolio management, as well as strong decision-making skills and judgment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer-facing role requiring empathy and professionalism when dealing with sensitive conversations.
  • Portfolio management experience, including assessment and guidance of customers through the claims process.
  • Strong decision-making skills and judgment to find practical solutions and move things forward.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized to deliver great service within timeframes.

An interest or passion for cars and the automotive industry is highly regarded but not essential.
