Job Title: Director - HRMS Administration and Payroll Business Improvement

We are seeking an exceptional Director to lead our HRMS Administration team and drive transformative payroll business improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the HRMS Administration team.
  • Implement and drive business improvement initiatives to streamline payroll processes.
  • Supervise and mentor up to seven staff members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in interpreting Enterprise Agreements and understanding their impact on payroll processes, as well as experience in end-to-end payroll management within the ACT Government.

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in interpreting Enterprise Agreements and understanding their impact on payroll processes.
