Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Processing: Lead the team in processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Payroll Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex payroll issues and provide expert advice to employees.
  • People Management: Manage payroll-related tasks, including invalidity, compensation, and voluntary redundancy.
  • Workload and Staff Management: Manage workload and staff to ensure efficient and effective payroll services.
  • Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain knowledge management systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date payroll information.
  • Systems Management: Manage payroll systems, including SAP (SAP ECC6), to ensure efficient and effective payroll processing.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in payroll services, preferably in a government agency.
  • Skills: Strong numerical and analytical skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as accounting or business administration.
