Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Account Manager

Fuse Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team in North Sydney. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients across a diverse range of products and industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients and grow the portfolio through leads, referrals, and business development
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to fellow office staff
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service
  • Liaise directly with insurers and other industry services to provide risk management solutions
Requirements:
  • Tier 1 qualification in insurance or a related field
  • Experience working with heavy motor, plant & equipment, and fleet clients
  • Strong product knowledge and risk management practices
  • Excellent customer service skills and a vibrant personality
  • Ambition to succeed and progress in your career
