A dynamic opportunity awaits an exceptional individual to excel as a part-time front desk extraordinaire.

The ideal candidate will foster a friendly atmosphere, respond to guest inquiries with knowledgeable advice, manage efficient check-ins and check-outs and provide vital information for a pleasant stay.

This role also involves resolving any guest concerns or disputes and escalating them to management when necessary.

  • Previous experience in front desk reception or customer service in an accommodation setting is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are essential for this position.
  • Flexibility to work evening, weekend and public holiday shifts is required.
