About the Role

As a Field Services Technician, you will be responsible for investigating and repairing commercial cleaning equipment, servicing machinery as required, completing tag and testing of equipment, training operators on the day-to-day process for use and maintenance of machinery, working with the Service and Operations teams, and identifying opportunities to up sell new equipment and collaborate with the Sales team.

You will report directly to our National Customer Success & Warehouse Manager. To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate key competencies including teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence.
