Job Title: Commercial Kitchen Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Kitchen Equipment Specialist to join our team.

  • This is a full-time position with 38 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, with rotating on-call roster.

The ideal candidate will have a trade background in mechanical, electrical or maintenance and excellent problem-solving skills to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preventative maintenance on a wide range of kitchen equipment.
  • Installing, commissioning and repairing of equipment.
  • Fault finding and breakdown repairs.
  • Maintaining records, including checking accounts and invoices.

Requirements:

  • Trade background preferably with mechanical, electrical or maintenance.
  • Current drivers' licence.
  • Police check (or able to get one).
  • Working with Children's check (WWC) (or able to get one).
  • Vaccinations and immunisations (due to requirements of the companies we service).
  • Must be living in Australia within easy access to Tullamarine.
