About This Role

We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Equipment Specialist to join our team. As an Equipment Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our fleet.

You'll be responsible for maintaining our equipment, supporting warehouse operations, and communicating with our team to ensure seamless collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the quality and safety of our e-bikes and e-scooters
  • Support warehouse operations, including stock management and waste disposal
  • Communicate effectively with the Operations team to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Meet warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:

  • Previous mechanical experience, preferably with e-bikes or e-scooters
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High standards of attention to detail and a motivated attitude
