We are seeking a skilled Multimedia Equipment Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and installation of multimedia equipment in commercial settings. This will include working with audio visual hardware, software and systems as well as videoconferencing equipment and systems.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintenance and repair of multimedia equipment including troubleshooting and fault finding
  2. Installation of new multimedia equipment and systems
  3. Providing technical support and assistance to clients
  4. Ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

  • A strong understanding of audio visual technology and systems
  • The ability to troubleshoot and maintain complex equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
