Job Title: Commercial Cleaning Specialist

We are seeking a diligent and skilled Commercial Cleaning Specialist to join our dedicated team in Residential Aged Care.

Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will contribute to the overall well-being and satisfaction of our clients' residents and staff.

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks throughout the facility, including resident rooms, communal areas, entry foyer and reception, lounge, and dining room areas, nurse's stations, kitchen, laundry, utility room, treatment room, staff room, hair salon, outdoor courtyard areas, cleaners' room, communal bathrooms/ staff toilets/ visitors, and offices following the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Adhere to strict infection control protocols and ensure all cleaning products and equipment are used safely and appropriately.
  • Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, promptly reporting any maintenance or restocking needs to the appropriate authority.
  • Assist with duties, ensuring residents' personal items are handled with care and returned promptly.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance and care teams to identify and address cleanliness and safety concerns within the facility.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
  • Working Rights in Australia
  • English Speaking
  • Aged Care or Health Services Cleaning
  • Police Check no older than 12 months
